Whether you're visiting or staying in hospital, we understand the worries that this can cause.
We offer a friendly face and someone to talk to in hospitals with our shops, cafés and trolley services.
They're much more than a place to stock up on refreshments and the things you need while staying in hospital, as they offer a welcoming environment in which to take a break.
We also have volunteers at information points who can help you find your way around the hospital or help to take you to your appointment if you're not so mobile, and we'll even wait with you while you're at your appointment.
Stop in and say hello to our volunteers in the Disablement Services Centre at Medway Hospital.
