Kent Association for the Blind's (KAB) network of over 50 clubs and groups gives people with sight impairments the opportunity to get out and about regularly, to meet new people and share experiences or to try something new and challenging.
Our clubs are varied, with some meeting for the whole day, others just for morning coffee, a pub lunch or for an evening out.
Most clubs meet regularly in the same place and offer a range of leisure activities including reading, rambling, art and crafts and visits to places of interest.
You can also keep up-to-date with Kent Association for the Blind's events and activities, along with new information about equipment and treatments available for sight impaired people.
Sign up to the KAB E-bulletin to get information by phoning 01622 691 357 or emailing enquiry@kab.org.uk.
