Following a successful application to 'The Kent People's Trust' Medway Mediation is now able to offer Anger Management Coaching.
Anger Management Coaches work with both adults and young people who have identified that they have anger issues over a six to eight week period.
The coaches help them to address their anger 'habit' using the approaches of method, logic, physiology and psychology.
The aim of this service is that vulnerable adults and young people are empowered to break their anger habit, learn alternative strategies and approaches in dealing with conflict and violence.
It will also enable them to get the most out of their lives, improving their health and wellbeing.
Prices will range from £15 to £40.
