Multiple Sclerosis Society: Medway Branch

The Medway Branch of the MS Society is a friendly group, providing contact, support, a monthly newsletter and information about MS.

There are various ways to get involved with the group, such as going to our monthly socials, weekly drop-in or summer outings, or help to raise funds for local support work.

Weekly welcome drop-ins are held on Thursdays from 10am to 2pm at The Harbour Suite, Amherst Court Care Home, Palmerston Road, Chatham, ME4 6LU.

We offer a place to meet, chat and network whether you're directly affected by MS, or you're a family member, carer or friend. They also have:

• the latest MS publications to read or take home, including the MS Essentials series
• a support team member (most weeks) to discuss any concerns you have
• quarterly talks from one of our MS nurses
• the chance to have a private consultation 

Therapies including Indian head massage, reflexology, and foot care are available on the last Thursday of each month from qualified therapist Sarah Crampton. 

There is a cost of £5 per treatment.

Members of the MS Society Medway Branch receive the bi-monthly national MS Matters magazine and our monthly Medway MS newsletter.

Medway MS will also keep you up-to-date on local meetings, outings, fundraising events, contact details and local news.

We hold our monthly social on the third Tuesday of each month at 7.30pm till about 9pm.

Our venue is Amherst Court Care Home.
