Emotional support forum
The key purpose of the SANE emotional support forum is to provide a space where mutual support is given and received by anyone affected by mental illness.
Membership requires you to be willing and able to engage with others in the spirit of mutual support.
You are expected to take personal responsibility for your contributions and posts in this community, accepting and applying the guidelines and ground rules provided.
The forum is for the use of those aged 18 and over only.

You can read and publish stories and blogs online. All stories and blogs are published by people with mental health problems and are an outlet for you to share your stories, experiences and feelings.
They may also be helpful to others going through similar situations and feelings to you.
