The Spinal Injuries Association's Advice Line officer is here to help you understand more about spinal cord injury and provide the support and practical information you need for day to day living.
The Freephone number is available from 11am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday and is for anyone affected by or interested in spinal cord injury.
