The Spinal Injuries Association's bi-monthly FORWARD magazine provides the SCI community with information on topics including health, daily living, employment, relationships, sport, travel, families and friends and much more.
Most of the articles are written by SCI people whose input is invaluable and provides support to newly injured people as well as those with a long term injury.
An annual subscription to forward costs £20 for UK residents and can be purchased from the SIA online shop.
