Survivors of Bereavement By Suicide
Description

Survivors of Bereavement by Suicide Retreats are an opportunity for people to have a break and spend some social time with others who share the experience of a suicide.

The activities and arrangements for each event vary – generally there are some organised activities and people have the opportunity to do as much or as little as they like.

Some people find retreats provide an opportunity to relax and enjoy themselves a little without feeling guilty.

It can also be comforting to know that there are people that they can talk to if they want to.

Keep an eye on the 'events' page of the Survivors of Bereavement by Suicide website for details of upcoming retreats.
