  • Community Care - advice on finding out what help you can get from your local social services department, how to access the help, what to do if your needs are changing, and how to challenge your social services department if you are not happy with their decisions.
  • Housing - how to deal with problems with your landlord, advice if you are facing the loss of your home, how to access social housing, and housing options for older people.
