For Medway residents, some of the ways you can give your time are:

  • Contributing to and reviewing our Anxious Times magazine
  • Providing a specialist helpline based on your own experience of anxiety
  • Becoming an Anxiety UK therapist
  • Raising awareness in your local community by distributing leaflets and/or posters in community centres, GP surgeries and churches.

You can apply to volunteer on the Anxiety UK website.
