The Cross-Counter Loop System is for all those people with hearing difficulties who visit the Bank, Building Society or the Reception Desk at any public building, and know the frustration of not being able to communicate with staff.
Just switch to the T setting on your hearing aid to be able to hear the person on the other side of the counter.
Background sounds are eliminated, allowing the transaction to be completed in a relaxed and pleasant manner.
If you do not have a T switch or a hearing aid, ask for the Loop Listening Unit.
The Counter-Top Loop operates around the surface area of the desk and only radiates for 1 metre, only allowing private conversations for each user to be heard.
