Park View Suites
Park View Suites is a separate building (but still linked to Park View) with eight bedsits.
Four out of the eight apartments are double rooms for couples or those wishing to share (such as with a partner or sibling). The other four are large single rooms.

- a nurse call system fitted in all rooms
- pressure mats in some rooms which is linked to the call system
- a telephone and aerial point
- a suite of furniture
- one room has a lockable facility if the client needs to keep personal items safe
