Victory Care Home is a single storey, purpose built care home providing residential care, specialist dementia care, sensory impairment care and physical disability care for up to 52 people.
Victory Care Home forms part of the Nelson Court Care Centre and operates a unitised approach, allowing for smaller homely areas and differing levels of need to be accommodated within a larger environment.
Facilities include disabled access, rooms overlooking or with access to the secure gardens and courtyards, a call bell alarm system and a variety of activities.
Visitors are welcome any time.
The home is situated close to the town centre with easy access to local amenities.
