Guided Walking Tour of Rochester
Saturday 2 June and Sunday 3 June at 10.45am and 2.15pm at Visitor Information Centre
These will take place on all three days of the Festival.
Tours start at 10.45am lasting 45 minutes and 2.15pm lasting 90 minutes, from the Visitor Information Centre in the High Street.
Walk around with an expert guide from the City of Rochester Society and hear about Rochester’s wealth of historic buildings, and especially those associated with Charles Dickens and his writings.
Rochester and Chatham Dickens Fellowship
Saturday 2 June and Sunday 3 June at 11am and 2.30pm, Rochester Community Hub
Reading Election at Eatanswill from the Pickwick Papers, first published in monthly editions from 1836 to 1837.
Also find the Fellowship on the St Mary’s Meadow, where they can give you lots of information and facts about Charles Dickens, his novels and Dickensian times.
