Medway’s first LGBTQIA+ pride event Organised in partnership with Medway Pride CIC and supported by Countryside, Hyde Housing and Rochester Riverside Community Fund.
Medway Pride Festival #MPFestival2021 will be a colourful, fun-filled event for all the family to:
- celebrate diversity
- support equality for all communities of Medway.
It's a community event inviting everyone to come together, break down barriers, and develop understanding and acceptance of each other.
The festival is part of an 8-day programme across North Kent that starts with Gravesham Pride on Saturday 14 August 2021. This is followed by a week of events involving many local partners, and ends with Medway Pride.
Tickets to this have now sold out, but you can join the waiting list.
Please note tickets are not available on entry to the event. Tickets should be obtained before coming to the event.
The event takes place along Rochester Riverside (off Doust Way, ME1 1HH).

Keeping you safe
Keeping our staff and visitors safe is paramount. Therefore we have ensured our events adhere to the current government advice, including regular enhanced cleaning. However, we ask you take notice of the following:

- As this event is outside, face coverings are optional, however please respect those wearing them,
- Wash your hands regularly - hand sanitiser stations will be available.
