Speaker: Jacob Scott
The chapter, staff and volunteers make sure the cathedral and collections serve as resources in understanding the past.
Jacob Scott is the Heritage Officer at the cathedral. He has been working for much of the last 10 years in recording, researching, and making this huge corpus freely available online.
This work is increasingly focused on people in the past that have previously been underrepresented in written and archaeological records.
His work has also been about people who have been squeezed out of public interpretation programs. He is opening these areas for further research.
