Our friendly instructors will show you how to eat a balanced diet and find easy ways to fit activity into your everyday routines.

We will help you to make small, manageable changes that will make a big difference to your health and wellbeing.

It has been tremendously helpful. There’s nothing to lose, I recommend people come on the programme. It’s helped me to eat more fruit.
