Healthy Way is a free 12-week course.
Each week you'll learn simple healthy habits that you can use anywhere and will last a lifetime.
Our friendly team of instructors will show you how to eat a balanced diet and find easy ways to fit activity into your everyday routines.

- ultra-processed food
- diabetes prevention
- making small changes
- managing stress
- looking after our general health
- oral and bone health
- food labelling
- lifestyle

- how to stay on track.
