Medway residents are represented by the Kent Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC) who is elected every 4 years.
The Police and Crime Commissioner is responsible for holding the Chief Constable and police force to account on the public's behalf. They also oversee how crime is tackled in the area and aim to make sure the police are providing a good service.
The election took place on 6 May 2021. It was scheduled to take place in 2020.
