Now in its 15th year, this well established, authentic Christmas experience has a large loyal customer base who come for the atmosphere, entertainment, and Christmas shopping experience.

Our Christmas market is a free entry event and includes:

  • over 100 stalls
  • a children's funfair
  • a Bavarian food village
  • live music performances
  • a children's Christmas village.

Our marketing campaign draws in large crowds. It includes a:

  • dedicated tourism campaign targeting Kent, Essex and London and reaching over 500,000 people - we are Kent's largest free Christmas Market
  • dedicated social media team advertising across different platforms.

Trading dates and times

The Christmas Market 2024 will be running on:

  • Friday 29 November, 10am to 9pm
  • Saturday 30 November, 10am to 9pm
  • Sunday 1 December, 10am to 6pm
  • Friday 6 December, 10am to 9pm
  • Saturday 7 December, 10am to 9pm
  • Sunday 8 December, 10am to 6pm
  • Friday 13 December, 10am to 9pm
  • Saturday 14 December, 10am to 9pm
  • Sunday 15 December, 10am to 6pm.

Stall set up and close down

All stalls must be set up and ready to trade 15 minutes before opening time.

Stalls must be open for the duration of the day, every day. Your stall cannot be closed for any of the trading days.

Vehicles may unload by their stall until 30 minutes before opening time. Vehicles must then be removed from the grounds to the designated car park.

If your application is successful, details on parking will be sent with your information pack closer to the event start date.

Vehicles will not be permitted back into the grounds until after the market has closed and event organisers have given authority to do so.

The pitch fee includes a front serving, pre-installed and carpeted stall. There are 3 pitch sizes available.
