If a car is parked over your home's dropped kerb you can report it to us.

You can report it by calling our:

  • hotline number: 07718 130 962 (7am to 1am)
  • office number: 01634 331 760

Please leave a voicemail if we do not answer, as our officers may be on other calls.

While we can enforce against vehicles parked over dropped kerbs, only the police have the power to remove a vehicle.

You can report an obstruction to a driveway if:

  • your driveway is private and not shared with another household
  • the offending vehicle has at least one axle parked over the dropped kerb

You need to make a report each time that their dropped kerb is obstructed.

A Civil Enforcement Officer cannot enforce while on patrol as they won't be able to tell if it is not the homeowner's vehicle parked on a driveway.

This is not a rapid response service and we can only enforce if there is an officer available to attend your area.
