Request a map of roads or properties
A map will be provided with additional detailed information of any highway or traffic schemes or land within 200m (218.7 yards) of the selected location.
Fees will apply to solicitors, housing developers and land search agencies. We will contact you about the relevant fee.
Fees are £35 for an A4 plan or £52 for an A3 plan. Each additional question asked on any search for road adoption will be charged at £9 per question.
You can pay these charges with a debit or credit card.
Fees from 1 April 2026
Our fees are changing on Friday 1 April 2026.
A standard search will cost £46, with an additional cost of £22.50 for an A3 sized plan.
Each additional question asked on any search for road adoption will be charged at £11.50 per question.
