Following the Cabinet meeting on 17 December 2019, Medway Council are considering making changes to some of our day centre provision at 147 Nelson Road in Gillingham.
Medway Council is keen to support as many people as possible to live a full and active life, and be as independent as they can. To achieve this we're reviewing our current provision to ensure that it is a good use of resources.
The public consultation for this project has now closed.
During the public consultation meetings held at 147 Nelson Road some attendees expressed an interest in coming along to our Adults’ Health and Social Care Overview and Scrutiny Committee. The dates we shared at those meetings have changed.
A report will now go to Adults’ Health and Social Care Overview and Scrutiny Committee on 16 June 2020 at 6:30pm, which members of the public can attend.
A final report will be presented at our Cabinet meeting on 7 July 2020 at 3:00pm.
