Join our community involvement groups

We run monthly adult social care community involvement groups.

At these groups, you'll be able to:

  • meet others
  • share your experiences of adult social care
  • have your voice heard.

We want to build trust by listening to your feedback. Over time, we'll share with you the difference this has made to our services.

By working together, we can turn ideas into real changes that improve care and make a positive difference to people’s lives.

Come along if you’re aged 18 and over and:

Change Together Medway

Change Together Medway is about hearing the voices of people that use our care and support services, including their families or carers to help us change, shape and improve the services we provide.

We want to ensure:

  • we hear directly from people with lived experience to learn from you to help us improve our services
  • you're involved and can make informed decisions around your care or the care of your loved ones
  • we strengthen relationships, work together and provide opportunities for people to express their views and influence decisions, where possible.

Join our mailing list

We're developing a mailing list so that in the future, we can contact you about feedback opportunities or help we may need. This will allow us to learn from your expertise.

If you would like to be part of our mailing list, email changetogether@medway.gov.uk.
