The Adult Social Care Awards 2025 recognise and celebrate outstanding individuals, teams and services across Adult Social Care who make a difference to people's lives.

Your nomination will help shine a light on those who demonstrate excellence, compassion, innovation, and leadership in their roles.

Award categories

There are 3 categories you can make a nomination for.

Care Worker of the Year Award

This award is for recognising an individual who demonstrates exceptional care, compassion, and commitment to those they support.

Care Provider of the Year Award

This award is for celebrating a provider that represents leadership, innovation, and a strong commitment to service users and staff.

Innovation and Social Value Award

This award is for honouring an individual or team whose creativity and alignment with Medway Council’s values have led to meaningful improvements in care delivery.

The Medway Council values are:

  • caring - compassionate towards the communities, those they support, their families and each other
  • respectful - shows respect and thoughtfulness to people in Medway and valuing Medway’s diversity, heritage and equality
  • trusted - they do what they say, are open and are accountable for the work that they do
  • ambitious for Medway - innovative, bold and positive
  • collaborative - working together, effectively communications and engages with others
  • proud to be Medway - taking pride in the work that they do.

What happens after

The information collected through the nomination form will help the judging panel make their decision.

Each nomination will be carefully reviewed and considered based on the criteria outlined for each award category.

The winners will be announced and celebrated at the Provider Conference later this year.
