Appeals

You can appeal if you don't agree with a decision under any of the following circumstances.

Failed application redress

If an application for a licence is refused, please contact us using the contact details below. If you wish to appeal against a decision, you can do this two days after the decision to a magistrates' court.

Licence holder redress

A licence holder may appeal against a condition attached to a licence decision to reject a variation application, a transfer application or to exclude an activity or person as premises supervisor.

If you wish to appeal, please contact us using the details below. If you wish to appeal against a decision, you may do so two days after the decision to a magistrates' court. You must give 24 hours' notice of your intention to appeal.

Other redress

If there are problems such as noise or pollution or if one licence holder complains about another, please contact us using the details below.
