information provided in the commissioning process will be shared with the selection panel
feedback may be available on unsuccessful proposals, subject to the total volume we receive
all proposals will be assessed by a selection panel which is likely to include local councillors
if you do not complete all sections of the application process, your application will not be considered
proposals should be no more than 2 sides of A4, not including budget and images
proposals should not be more than 5MB
health and safety is very important. It is expected that a full risk assessment, including COVID-19 risk, will be required for all aspects of this project
safeguarding children and vulnerable people is paramount. Full risk assessments will be required for this work and valid DBS accreditation in place if required
you can submit proposals for more than one project, but a separate proposal must be made for each one
funding and supporting bodies need referencing on any print or on any static piece as follows: Medway Council, MHCLG and City of Culture (logos and style guide will be supplied).
