Register
The society must register with the council in the area where its main office is located.
To register you will need:
- to complete an application form
- a debit or credit card to pay the £40 fee
- an authorisation form naming a promoter and two members certified to countersign any returns made to the council
The registration does not have an expiry date but an annual fee of £20 is due within the two months before the anniversary of the registration. If you do not pay in time the registration will be cancelled.
