Statement of Licensing Policy

The Licensing Act 2003 requires us, as the Licensing Authority, to determine and publish our Statement of Licensing Policy at least every five years, to keep it under review and make such revisions to it, as considered appropriate. The policy has several aims and sets out how we approach our licensing responsibilities and aims to promote the four licensing objectives under the Licensing Act 2003.
