Licensed premises gaming machine permit

- application - existing operator - £150 (as long as a Club Registration Certificate is provided)
- vary the permit - £100
- transfer the permit - £25
- first annual fee - £50

- change of name - £25
- copy of the permit - £15.
The first annual fee payment is due 30 days after the initial grant of a permit. Future annual fees will be on the anniversary of the permit coming into force (the effective date).
If any operator at any time fail to pay the annual fee, the council can cancel the permit and they will need to re-apply as a new operator.
Club gaming permit or Club machine permit
- application - new operator - £200
- application (Club Premises Certificate holder) - £100
- existing operator application - £100
- variation - £100
- renewal - £200
- renewal (Club Premises Certificate holder) - £100
