Karen Scudder draws for her mental wellbeing and for a sense of belonging.

“My aim is to get to know Gillingham better, I will do this by walking around the area and drawing what interests me in my sketchbook using a variety of media. By doing this I aim to feel more connected to the area and start to notice how people use the environment around them and start to see where I fit in and how I feel when in different spaces.”

If you spot any of the Gillingham POW! pieces, take a photo and upload it to social media using the hashtag #GillinghamPOW.
