Mona Whitton has created 7 mixed media pieces for Gillingham POW!
The pieces will highlight historical figures who lived in Gillingham and are inspirational figures for us all.
The last piece will be left blank. This is to signify that it could be any one of us.
The pieces will be accompanied by schemes of work which will be available to schools. This allows young local people to create their own piece of art to acknowledge their inspirational figure.
Location
You will be able to see Mona's pieces on the lamp posts at the station end of Gillingham High Street.
