Parent and baby pilates
Free pilates session for parents and carers to attend with their baby (up to one year old).

- Location: The Pentagon Shopping Centre, Chatham (unit next to Sainsbury's)
No need to book, this is a drop-in session.
Stage and social sundays
Free inclusive dance, singing and drama workshops with qualified SEN and wheelchair specialist teachers.

Drop-in football
Free drop-in football every Friday at Strood Sports Centre, Watling Road, Strood, ME2 3JQ.
School years 2, 3, 4 and 5
- Time: 5pm to 6pm
- Parents and carers: must stay for the session.
School years 6, 7 and 8
- Time: 6pm to 7pm
- Parents and carers: we'll need parent or carer's contact details for unaccompanied young people.
