Medway Business and Skills Showcase

Our sponsors for the Medway Business and Skills Showcase in April 2024 received fantastic brand-exposure to hundreds of local businesses across Kent and Medway.

They also got a range of advertising support both before and after the event to highlight their involvement as a sponsor.

The 2025 event will be bigger than ever with hundreds more people expected to attend.

Sponsorship packages

Your business can choose from 3 sponsorship packages:

• bronze
• silver
• gold.

In the bronze package, your business will get:

• your logo on selected branding
• a reference as an event sponsor on our Business and Skills Showcase website
• a social media toolkit to advertise your sponsorship
• 2 free lunch passes at the showcase for 2 attendees from your business
• an exhibition stand in our exhibition hall for your business to engage with attendees
• a slideshow profile - your business will be featured as one of our sponsors on a sponsor slide displayed on digital screens throughout the event
• a feature on photography that will be captured throughout the event.

In the silver package, your business will get:

• a reference on your silver tier sponsorship by the compere during the opening speech of the showcase
• your logo on selected branding including a reference in the silver tier of our programme booklet
• a reference as an event sponsor on our Business and Skills Showcase website
• a feature on signage materials displayed throughout the showcase
• to be included on branded t-shirts worn by staff at the event
• a social media toolkit to advertise your silver tier sponsorship
• 3 free lunch passes at the showcase for 3 attendees from your business
• an exhibition stand in the Lecture Room for your business to engage with attendees - this will be our most prominent exhibition space at the event
• a slideshow profile - your business will be featured as one of our sponsors on a sponsor slide displayed on digital screens throughout the event
• priority to be featured on photography that will be captured throughout the event.

In the gold package, your business will get:

• a reference on your gold tier sponsorship by the compere during the opening speech of the showcase
• to be the host of a special networking drinks event
• be the official sponsor for one of our speaker sessions during the day (you'll be labelled as a sponsor for the session across all supporting communications including our booking webpage on Eventbrite)
• a sponsored editorial profiling your business - this will feature in the Medway Business newsletter (issued to 2,500 subscribers every month)
• your logo on selected branding including a reference in the gold tier of our programme booklet
• a reference as an event sponsor on our Business and Skills Showcase website
• features on signage materials displayed throughout the showcase
• to be included on branded t-shirts worn by staff at the event
• a social media toolkit to advertise your gold tier sponsorship

• to be part of our event video - this will include a short interview with one of your attendees to talk about your sponsorship.
