As part of the Medway Mile celebrations this is a 1 mile challenge event on varied urban terrain. Offering a competitive race for runners, which is separate from the Mass Mile event.
It is aimed at club athletes but also open to experienced non-club runners.
This unofficial race will test the speed of athletes, so we are seeking sub 7 minute (male) and sub 9 minute (female) athletes to enter this race.
Entry will be refused if you cannot compete with these times.
Medals will be awarded on the main stage for first to third placed male and female athletes, immediately after the race.
