Residents will have a further chance to meet the Future Hoo team during the current round of consultation at a public meeting at Chattenden Community Centre on Wednesday, 13 July.

Attendees will be able to learn more about proposals for the Hoo Wetlands Reserve, as well as enhancements at the Lodge Hill Countryside site, before leaving their feedback either via an online survey or a paper-based version.

In addition to the consultation, staff will also be able to give an update on the phase 2 and phase 4 elements of the roads scheme, which have now been finalised.

The event runs from 4pm to 7pm and is in addition to a series of already-organised face-to-face public meetings in Hoo.

The current round of public consultation runs until Sunday, 24 July. Details of which, including the online survey, can be found on our website or questions can be emailed to futurehoo@medway.gov.uk.

Residents who do not have access to the internet and are unable to attend the public exhibition, can telephone us on 01634 333333.
