Quick and simple step
Cllr Teresa Murray, Deputy Leader of Medway Council and Portfolio Holder for Public Health, said: “Getting your blood pressure checked is a quick and simple step we can all take to help keep ourselves healthy. In many cases, there won’t be any symptoms if you have high blood pressure, so being proactive and on the front foot is one of the best ways to help safeguard yourself. I would encourage all residents to make the time to come along to one of these free sessions and get their check.”
