We're conducting a review of small business rate relief. This is to confirm that businesses are still entitled to this business rates reduction.
If you got a letter from us about this review, you must complete our online form.
Who can get small business rate relief
You may qualify if your property’s rateable value is under £15,000 and you either:

If you did not get a letter
You can still tell us about changes by emailing rates@medway.gov.uk. Include your business rates account number in the subject line.
