- The prize draw is open to people aged 18 and over who provide their email address after
completing the stop smoking chatbot survey. - Entrants into the prize draw must live in Medway.
- One entry per person.
- The closing date of the prize draw is Monday 2 December 2024 at 5pm. Entries received outside this time period will not
be considered. - One winner will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these terms and conditions.
The draw will be performed by a random computer process. - The winner will be contacted by Friday 6 December 2024 at 5pm using the email address provided.
- Medway Council accepts no responsibility in the instance of this email being lost, delayed or not delivered for
any other technical reason, to the winner. - The winner will need to respond by Friday 13 December 2024 at 5pm. If you do not respond by then, another entrant will be
selected at random to win. - The prize will be posted or emailed to the postal address or email address provided by the winner by Friday 20
December 2024 at 5pm. - If you have not been contacted by 5pm on Friday 6 December 2024, then you have not won this time.
- The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
- By participating in this prize draw, entrants confirm they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these
