info Coronavirus (COVID-19) updates

Most of our health and wellbeing services continue to run, either online or over the phone.

Man V Fat football is running at Strood Sports Centre.

Cycling groups are running.

Nordic walking groups are now booking, and a start date will be confirmed soon.

Our Little Food Explorers programme will continue to run once a month virtually on the Tri for You Facebook page. All our other services remain open.

Our Smokefree Advice Centre is open for health check appointments (by booking only). Face-to-face stop smoking appointments will resume from 17 May 2021. In the meantime, help to quit is available over the phone or online.

If you have an appointment for a council health service, your session will still take place. Do not cancel your appointment as medical appointments can continue under the latest restrictions. But please do stay at home as much as possible to help stop the spread of the virus in Medway.

Walking groups are still postponed.

For a full list of council service updates check our COVID-19 page.
