We're running a number of events in housing services over the coming months for tenants and residents to get involved in.

Friday 22 September - The Big Door Knock, Gillingham
- Location: Beatty Avenue, Cornwallis Avenue, Woodlands Road and nearby roads.
- Time: 9.30am to 12.30pm.
Throughout the day, our staff will knock on doors to let our tenants know that we're here for them, what support we can offer or signpost to, and to learn what really matters to them to make positive changes to our services.
We'll be completing a short survey and also letting you know all about our new tenant satisfaction measures (TSMs).
All staff will be wearing ID Badges.
Our Chief Housing Officer and members of the senior management team will be joining us for The Big Door Knock. If you have anything you would particularly like to share with them then let us know in advance by:

Thursday 28 September - Norse and HRA Estate Management Meeting
- Time: 10am to 12pm.
The Norse and HRA Estate Management meeting involves a review of the estate services contract, including communal cleaning, caretaking, and grounds maintenance.
The meetings take place bi-monthly.
We currently have the maximum number of tenants for these meetings but if you're interested, you can join a reserve list by emailing tenant.participation@medway.gov.uk.

Thursday 28 September - Gas Contract Review
These meetings allow a review of the gas servicing contract with properties requiring an annual gas safety check.
The meetings take place bi-monthly.
We currently have the maximum number of tenants for these meetings but if you’re interested, you can join a reserve list by emailing tenant.participation@medway.gov.uk.

Our Resident Scrutiny Panel offers an opportunity for tenant representatives to review our performance and look at opportunities for developing and improving services.
