We're running a number of events in housing services over the coming months for tenants and residents to get involved in.

Estate Services Operational Meeting

A meeting between Norse and Medway Council to discuss the management of Medway Council Housing estates. A tenant representative can attend the meeting to give a tenant’s perspective to the discussions.

The Housing Services Team would like to meet you in person. We'll be conducting a short survey with Medway Council tenants and leasehold properties to find out what issues are important to you.

Homes for Independent Living Forum

The Homes for Independent Living Forum is an opportunity for representatives from each of the schemes to discuss where they live and to hear about services.

To become a representative or to find out who the scheme representative is, speak to the Scheme Support Officer.

Litter Pick event at Walsingham Close

As part of the Great British Spring Clean, join us on a litter pick of the local area to help clean the local neighbourhood. Litter picks, hoops and rubbish bags will be provided. Please bring gloves.

April

Residents Surgery

Easter Event - join us from some fun easter crafts and activities

We'll be joined by colleagues from The Dogs Trust, Animal Warden Service, Environmental Engagement, Community Health Care, Public Health, Kent Police and lots more.

You can meet the Housing team, report repairs, discuss pet ownership, pick up recycling bags, discuss swap to stop and stop smoking support, pregnancy support and more.

There will also be a prize draw.

Spring Event - Rainham Shopping Centre

Housing Services will be supporting our High Street Team and the local community at this event. Visit us with any housing-related questions or to report repairs you may have.
