You can visit us at one of our community hubs or libraries.
When arriving for your appointment, please make sure that you have the right location. Appointments are held at different locations depending on the service you require.
If you require printing, visit your local library. Make sure you take a look at the small fees and charges for printing and photocopying.

How to get there
There is limited on-street parking on Dock Road and the visitor car park is open after 4pm.
The closest railway station is Chatham, approximately a 10 minute walk away via Railway Street, Military Road and Dock Road. Visit the National Rail website for more information.
Most buses stop at Chatham’s waterfront bus station, just a 5 minute walk from the headquarters or stop directly outside the headquarters on Dock Road. Visit the Arriva website for timetables.
Cycle racks for visitors are located at the front of the building.
