We can help with:

  • queries relating to your tenancy
  • advice on mutual exchange or downsizing
  • concerns about anti-social behaviour
  • matters relating to your rent account
  • concerns about finances
  • raising repairs or updates on outstanding repairs.

Event details

Sessions run once a month from Twydall Community Hub or The Rainbow Room.

Sessions always run from 11am to 12pm.

Tenants can talk to us virtually using Microsoft Teams. Speak with the Tenancy Team, Income Team and our contractors Mears and Sureserve Compliance South and RGE.

Private rented sector licensing consultation

We're looking to hear your views on proposals for a selective licensing scheme and additional licensing scheme in Medway. 

The consultation closes at 11.59pm on Sunday 31 May 2026.
