By law as a landlord, we must check gas appliances that belong to us every year.

Appointments
Our contractor Mears will make appointments and you'll be contacted approximately 6 weeks before your gas safety certificate expires.
Visits for gas servicing should last no longer than an hour.
About the appointment
Under the terms of the tenancy agreement you should:
- allow the contractor access to complete the gas servicing
- keep your appointments to ensure gas appliances are not faulty
- ensure your home stays safe for you and others living with you.
