Tenant accreditation scheme
The Tenant Accreditation scheme recognises responsible tenants and gives them a better understanding of their rights and responsibilities.
It also gives them the support of the council’s accreditation officer.
To become accredited you must:
- attend two hours of tenant training
- agree to follow a code of conduct
- agree to a 6 month monitoring period.
