How to get in touch

The CSMHOT service is only available through referral from the Adult Social Care team. Talk to the Adult Social Care team about a referral if you feel you need our services. 

Initial referral will happen through an assessment using our online assessment tool, Better Care Support Medway.

Warm Line phone support

Our telephone service is available if you have been referred to us and are under our care. You will be given the phone number by your allocated support workers.

Warm Line offers a friendly ear.

This service is available:

  • Monday to Friday: 8am to 8pm (excluding bank holidays)
  • Saturday and Sunday: 10am and 2pm.
