Strood Sports Centre
Wetside changing rooms are due to be refurbished in Autumn 2026 (works will now start at the end of October 2026)
The current sauna and steam room at Strood will close Autumn 2026 but we are pleased to announce two new saunas are currently being installed within the dryside changing rooms, there will be temporary closure of these changing rooms whilst works are carried out.
The hydrotherapy pool at Strood is currently closed until further notice.
