Booking information

You can book theatre tickets online, by contacting the box office or by post. Tickets can be collected from the box office or you can have your tickets sent to you. If your tickets are sent to you there will be a postal charge of 75p, please allow at least a week for your tickets to arrive.

Bookings for wheelchair users and group of 8 or more people can’t be made online. Please phone the box office to book so we can make sure you’re seated in an suitable area.

Book tickets by phone

To make a booking you can visit the theatre or call the box office on 01634 338 338 Monday to Saturday from 10am to 5pm.

Book tickets by post

When booking by post, please include a stamped envelope with your return address so we can send the tickets to your address. You will also need to include the show title, date and time. Cheques must be payable to Medway Council and have the cheque card number, name, address and telephone number written on the back.

Ticket reservations

You can reserve tickets by contacting the box office, but must pay for the tickets within 3 working days of the reservation or your seats will be released.

Returning and reselling tickets

You can’t return, exchange or have theatre tickets refunded once you have bought them. You can leave them at the box office for resale, but they can only be sold once the theatre’s tickets have been sold.

Lost tickets

If you lose your tickets, contact the theatre and you can arrange for a copy of your tickets to be held for collection before the performance. You must collect copies of your tickets within one hour of the start of the performance.
