Walking is free, fun and good for the mind and body - it's also a great way to socialise.
We run free health walks throughout Medway so you get all the benefits in friendly, supportive groups.
Volunteers run all our health walks and there may not always be a walk leader available.

Grades explained
Grade 1: Suitable for people who would like to start walking. Walks are generally 30 minutes. The walks try to avoid any steps and steep inclines.
Grade 2: Suitable for people who are looking to increase their activity levels. Walks are generally between 45 minutes to 1 hour 15 minutes and may include some moderate slopes, steps and uneven surfaces.
Grade 3: Suitable for people looking for more challenging walks. Walks are generally 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes and may include steeper slopes, steps and uneven surfaces.
