Tri for You helps your family make healthier choices with the support from a dedicated family lifestyle adviser.
You’ll get tips from other parents to help you make simple changes.
The course will also cover portion sizes, body image, what's in our food, cravings and much more. Plus, you’ll get support on maintaining a healthy diet and how to find time to move more every day.

Alongside Tri for You, we run programmes looking at making changes at home and with your family.
Tri@home is for families who want to make changes to their lifestyle at home.
Families can make small steps to get the whole family more active and make easy swaps to their eating habits. Our specialist healthy weight advisors will support you throughout and help set personal goals to for your family.
The programme runs over 3 months with two 1-2-1 appointments.
Tri-club for 8-12 year olds
At Tri-club you can develop your own journey to find out more about easting healthier, moving more and changing habits. Over the 12 weeks families will work together to bring about the changes they want to make.

Fitfix for 13-17 year olds
Fitfix is our free healthy lifestyle programme for young people aged 13-17 years who are above a healthy weight. The programme helps to improve young people’s fitness as well as improving their knowledge of making healthier food and drink choices every day. Sessions are made up of wellbeing, cookery, group exercise and personal training.
