Medway Alcohol Support Line
The Medway Alcohol Support Line is a free telephone service provided by A Better Medway.
This service is for people who are worried about their drinking and want to change their relationship with alcohol.
Over 6-hour sessions your dedicated adviser will explore a variety of different topics with you including:
- your relationship with alcohol
- reduction strategies
- barriers to change
- goal setting.
Each session can last up to an hour and the programme can be completed in 12 weeks.
The Medway Alcohol Support Line is completely confidential and non-judgemental. Your adviser will support you to reduce your drinking and give you the tools you need to sustain change over the long term.
The service is for people aged 18 and above and are Medway residents.
